God reveals His plan for all people in His Word. God is not secretive about the fact that He wants to make people a part of his personal family. He regards Jesus as the “Older Brother” of this family (Romans 8:29). Being a part of this family allows you to be part of the most influential family in human memory. You also become part of the richest estate ever, and you are regarded as an heir and co-heir (Romans 8:17). This realisation gives any person new energy to rediscover and develop his/her identity in Christ. This enables you to act with a new self-esteem, or should I say “Christ-esteem”.
